What Hiring OS does
Hiring OS treats hiring as one connected process rather than a stack of separate tools. Sourcing, outreach, screening, interviews, skills assessments and matching sit in a single flow, and agents do the repetitive work at each stage.
The point is not to remove people from hiring. It is to move them to where judgement counts: setting the bar, reviewing edge cases and making the final call.
Built for vetting experts
We built Hiring OS to staff expert data work. That meant finding specialists across medicine, law, finance, engineering, software, science, mathematics and languages, and checking that they can actually do the work.
Our own vetting runs through it: candidates are sourced, interviewed by AI voice agents, given real-world work tests and skills assessments, and matched to projects. The same structure applies to roles outside AI data work.
- Sourced through outreach agents, a recruiter network and the jobs marketplace
- Screened and interviewed by AI voice agents
- Tested on real-world work and skills assessments
- Matched to the projects that fit their expertise
How it fits with the other capabilities
Hiring OS is the spine. Outreach agents and the jobs marketplace feed candidates into it, and AI voice agents handle screening and interviews inside it.
Companies can license Hiring OS as a whole or start with one stage and add the others as they go.
Who it is for
Teams that hire specialists repeatedly and need a consistent bar across many candidates. Organisations where a slow or uneven process costs them the people they most want.
It suits work where skills can be tested, not just claimed.
Getting started
We begin by mapping your current process and where it stalls. Then we scope a pilot on one role or hiring stream, agree what success means, and run it.
If the pilot meets the bar you set, we extend it. Terms are set per engagement.
