A licence gives your company access to the same agentic systems Saolabs uses to source, vet and match experts and to run its own operations. You point them at your processes rather than ours.
The aim is an outcome you can name: roles filled, cases handled, work reviewed. The technology is a means to that, and the engagement is shaped around it.
Beyond hiring
Hiring was where we started, because we needed it. But the method generalises: define the process, train agents on how skilled people do it, keep people reviewing the decisions that need judgement.
Through Agent OS, a licence can cover workflows outside hiring entirely. Which processes are a good fit is something we work out with you.

How a licence starts
First, a conversation about the outcome you want and the process behind it. Next, scoping: which parts of the process move to agents, where people stay in the loop, and how success will be measured.
Then a pilot on a defined slice of the work. If it delivers, we agree the licence terms for wider use. Pricing is set per engagement.
Security and data
The Saolabs security programme is designed around GDPR, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 controls. We are not claiming certification, and we will tell you plainly where things stand when you ask.
