What the marketplace does
AI work now needs specialists: a physician to judge a clinical answer, a lawyer to check a contract summary, a mathematician to grade a proof. The jobs marketplace is where that work meets the people qualified to do it.
It lists work by the expertise it requires, and it matches experts by what they have shown they can do, not only by what they say on a profile.
How matching works
Experts arrive through the marketplace, outreach and our recruiter network, then go through vetting: AI voice interviews, real-world work tests and skills assessments.
What vetting shows about a person feeds the match. A project in evaluation for medical agents should reach people who have demonstrated clinical judgement; a code red-teaming project should reach people who have shown they can break software.
Work across industries and data types
Projects span medicine, law, finance, engineering, software, science, mathematics and languages. The work covers labelling, training data, evaluation, red-teaming and alignment data.
Data types range from language and code to vision, voice, video, agents, simulation, robotics and the physical world.
How it fits with Hiring OS
The marketplace is one of the inputs to Hiring OS. Candidates who come in through it move into the same vetting and matching flow as everyone else.
Companies that license the technology can run a marketplace for their own expert work on the same foundations.
